Dear MCBC Churches

Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability for every member of your organization planning to attend the LEAD Conference Feb 21st 2025. Please only include members that your church will be billed for. Any individuals from your congregation that wish to attend on their own must fill out a separate registration form from the website.

LEAD will take place, Feb. 21st from 9:00am – 3:30pm (with sign-in at 8:30am) and includes lunch and a coffee break. Cost per person will be $40 which will be billed to your church for every person registered on this form.
