LEAD Conference Registration - Guests Organizations

Dear MCBC Related Organizations

Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability for every member of your organization planning to attend the LEAD Conference Feb 21st 2025.

LEAD is on Friday, Feb. 21st from 9:00am-3:30pm (with sign-in at 8:30am) and includes lunch and a coffee break.

Cost per person will be $40 which will be invoiced to your organization for every individual added on this form.
