Dear MCBC Churches
Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability for every member of your organization planning to attend the Annual Meeting Feb 22nd, 2025. Please only include members that your church will be billed for. Any individuals from your congregation that wish to attend on their own must fill out a separate registration form from the website.
The Annual Meeting will take place, Feb. 22nd from 9:00am – 4:30pm (with sign-in at 8:30am) and includes lunch and a coffee break. MCBC invites all church members in good standing to attend as delegates and adherents to attend as guests. For voting purposes each member church is entitled to one voting delegate for every 15 members or any fractional part thereof. Congregations having less than 45 members shall be entitled to 3 voting delegates.
Cost per person will be $25. All MCBC Churches will share the costs based on membership numbers and attendee numbers.
Please list all attendees below that will be representing your church. Indicate if they are a voting delegate or a guest in the drop down menu, and if they will be present for lunch in the checkboxes. Any dietary restrictions may be listed in the Additional Notes section at the end.
