Please fill out the following information to the best of your ability for every member of your organization planning to attend the following:

LEAD Conference
Date: Friday, Feb 27th, 2026
Time: 3-8:30 pm (registration at 2:30pm)
Cost: $20 *Includes coffee break snacks, not including Dinner*
Location: Peace Church on 52nd, 659 East 52nd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5X 1G8
 
Annual Meeting
Date: Feb 28th, 2026
Time: 9:00am-3:30pm (with sign-in at 8:30am)
Cost: $40 - includes lunch and a coffee break
Location: Peace Church on 52nd, 659 East 52nd Ave, Vancouver, BC V5X 1G8

Display Table* **

If you would like to have a display table for your organization, please fill out the following information. 

Please ensure all displays are set up between 2-2:30pm Friday, or 8-8:30 am on Saturday. 

* Note: Due to limit space in Venue, depending on how many requests we have, we may only be able to accommodate half-tables for display. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to bring

** Note: If your display is able to be stuck on a wall instead of a table, please let us know as this may help with space issues

 


Please fill out the following information for every attendee your organization is sending to represent you.

Please Indicate if you would like to have a printed hard copy of the Annual Meeting Report Book in addition to the digital copy you will be receiving. 


Please Indicate how many (one per person) from your group are planning to attend each workshop. 

Due to limited space in our venue, workshops need a minimum of 10 attendees to run.
