- Pay later:
- Using the "Donate" Button at MCBC.ca/giving
- E-transfer to donate@mcbc.ca with “refresh ladies retreat registration and the name(s) of the person being registered” in the memo

Accommodations
Please select an accommodation and attendance option below.
Priority for ground level rooms will be given to persons with disabilities or those over the age of 65.
Retreat Committee reserves the privilege of assigning rooms.
A Note About Pricing
As organizers of the REFRESH Women's retreat, we recognize that not everyone can afford to join us. We want to change that!
This year you have a choice – for those who can, we would love you to pay the true cost of the retreat and if you are able, please consider a donation to help as many women as possible come to the retreat!

Cancellation Policy—If unable to attend, the registrant will receive a refund, less a $40.00 administration fee, provided notification is received by October 9th, 2026 (2 weeks prior to the event). We regret, barring mishap or illness, NO refunds will be issued after this time.
