This registration form is meant to be filled out by ONE person per family unit. Please note that it is assumed that you will be attending the entire weekend (Nov 7-9) and priced accordingly (includes food, and activities). If you are not planning on attending the full weekend, please contact admin@mcbc.ca for alternative registration/pricing options.

Childcare will be available for parents to opt-in their children to, as well as some organized activities (wall climbing, archery, etc)

It should be noted that any children not opted into the provided programs are solely responsible for the care and wellbeing of their children.

I AGREE that MCBC may use photos taken of me at this event for future,

Cancellation Policy—If unable to attend, registrant will receive a refund, less a $70.00 administration fee, provided notification is received two weeks prior to the event. We regret, barring mishap or illness, NO refunds will be issued after this time.
*Registration received after October 17th, 2025 will pay an additional $35.
